Downtime and Scheduled Maintenance

We employ a CI/CD approach, utilizing a distributed database and servers capable of dynamically adjusting their size and capacity without the need for any shutdown. To keep our users informed, we maintain a dedicated Status page that provides real-time updates on service availability.

Access control

Access to customer data at Answered.so is limited to authorized personnel in accordance with support requests and troubleshooting needs.

Code Management

Before being published, every new feature, product update, or bug fix at Answered.so undergoes a review process. We also conduct regular code audits for security and unit testing to ensure robustness.
